Description of the position:

  • Managing support calls from all company clients.
  • Providing quick and professional support to all customers.
  • Working in coordination with salespeople and the Presales team.

Requirements of the position:

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure public clouds (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and Exchange.
  • Understanding and management of ticketing systems (such as Zendesk).
  • Teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity – an advantage.
